We provide home improvement, painting, and cleaning services. Booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Estimates are indicative; final quotes are provided after a walkthrough and agreed before work begins.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a slot until confirmed. Payment terms are agreed at quoting. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled visit may incur a fee.
You agree to provide accurate information, allow safe access to the work site, and disclose any conditions affecting the service. You are responsible for securing valuables and pets before work begins.
We carry insurance for work performed by our artisans. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, undisclosed hazards, or damages arising from inaccurate information. Our liability is limited to the value of the service performed.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
